We maintain the registrations and statutory obligations required to operate as a clearing and logistics company in Zambia. Verification details are shared directly with clients on request.
Documentation integrity
Declarations are prepared from source documents and checked for consistency before lodgement. We do not submit entries we cannot substantiate.
Record-keeping
Shipment files, entries and supporting documents are retained and retrievable, so post-clearance queries and audits can be answered from record.
Why some details are not published here
Tax identifiers, shareholding details, personal identification and registration numbers are not displayed on this website. They are provided under a compliance pack to verified clients, financiers and counterparties on request, which protects both parties from misuse of company identifiers.
