CMK Logistics Solutions Limited is a logistics and customs clearing company registered in Zambia, with its head office at Heavy Industrial Area, Plot #10093 off Katanga Road, Lusaka, Zambia. This notice explains how we handle information collected through this website and in the course of handling shipments.
Through our forms we collect the details you provide: company name, contact name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, and the shipment information needed to prepare a quotation — commodity, route, weight or volume, dates and special requirements. We do not ask for payment card details on this website.
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotations, arrange and document movements, meet statutory and customs obligations, and maintain shipment records. We may contact you about the specific enquiry or shipment you raised.
Shipment information is shared with the parties needed to complete the movement — customs and regulatory authorities, transport partners, warehousing providers and, where applicable, your consignee or supplier. We do not sell your information or share it for marketing purposes.
Enquiry records are retained while a commercial discussion is active. Shipment and clearance records are retained for the period required by Zambian customs and tax record-keeping obligations, so that post-clearance queries can be answered.
Access to shipment files and contact records is limited to staff who need it for their work. Documents are held in controlled systems and physical files are kept at our offices.
You may ask us what information we hold about you, request that we correct it, or ask us to stop using your contact details for further correspondence. Where a record is required for customs or tax compliance, we may need to retain it even after such a request.
